To Cross or Not To Cross. That is The Question

So last week on my way to work, i just happened to notice that something about this sign seemed wrong.
Yesterday while walking past i noticed a little girl trying to cross the road and looking mighty confused…..
Now if as an adult you can’t figure this out then you kind of deserved to get your butt nudged by a car, but this light is just where people need to cross to go to the park. What happens if “God Forbid” there are more kids trying to cross on their own? I mean i know that they shouldn’t be crossing on their own but come on now…
Please if you read this, forward the link to the the DOT, your friends and family and lets get this fixed. It’s on 25th and Broadway in Manhattan.

Hmmm, were you one of the individuals standing and waiting for someone else to cross the street to make sure it was safe? I don’t know if I would be so brave as to take that chance. Good Luck!

.. Theres alot wrong with this man
take in the consideration theres a no standing sign at a crosswalk… what if your next to the messed up signals trying to cross.. wait you cant stnad there unless your unloading a truck and its between 8-6 or if its sunday…

Why do they have to make it that complicated?? It’s so easy here.
Just the walking man figures. It turns on green (the icon shows a walking person), you walk, if it’s red (the icon shows a standing person), you don’t.
Any 5 year old can figure it out
Maybe what he was trying to say was stop and look before you walk.
I think it is some problem, like you said, should get it fixed.
Oh.. something that I would like to share about this.
There is this trick questions that people like to ask when I was still young.
“What would you do if one day you were on the road and saw a little green man?”
Usually people would answer “go up and introduce myself, take a photo with him, bla bla bla”
The correct answer would be “cross the road!”
And that’s the little green man up there. (but I think it is a white one here).
The color? Pink and white? @_@
