28-year-old Christopher Pedro, was slashed in the face, arm and shoulder during a road rage incident in Clay New York at 3am this morning.

Christopher told investigators the driver of a dark-colored SUV cut him off at a traffic light on East Circle Drive as he was making his way .

As he turned onto Lawton Road he realized the SUV was following him.  The driver of the other car pulled in front of him near the intersection of Lawton Road and Fortuna Parkway and forced him to a stop

The two men got out of their cars and engaged in a physical confrontation.  That’s when the suspect pulled a knife and slashed Pedro’s face, arm and shoulder.

Pedro drove himself home and called 911.  He was subsequently taken to University Hospital where he was treated for his injuries.

The suspect is described as a white male in his late 20’s or early 30’s.  He’s between 5′8″ and 5′10″ and weighs about 180 to 195 pounds.  He was operating what may have been a Dodge Durango and was traveling with an unidentified female.
