I don’t know about the Phillippines but it is not like that in my country. Alcohol is really expensive as we have high tax on it. So we have less drunkards, compared to in Russia where a bottle of vodka could cost 10 usd only.
Although unconventional, I hope this video would serve as a wake up call to everyone
