Dangers of being a female commuter
Have you ever been harassed or assaulted while commuting? I won’t forget the day when I was almost harassed and God knows what that man wants to do with me. It was in first year college and I’m new in the city. It was the last ride before I get home. I rode the tricycle and I saw that the driver is not taking the correct route. He was heading to a place where the road ends. I saw his eyes are red and he seemed tense. I think he is on drugs. My instinct told me to be nervous. Something is wrong. So when the tricycle made a turn, i jumped. Eventhough the jump has hurt me, I tried to stand up and ran. I was so thankful that there were other motorist in the place and saw what happened to me. They asked me if I was alright and told them about the tricycle driver. The driver denied my accusations but he was questioned in the police station because I had the basis with my accusations. If I didn’t jump the tricycle, I couldn’t be here writing this horrible experience. I don’t where would I be now.

there are still a lot who think females are too weak.
to some females are the easiest prey for a crime.
thats why a lot of this victims are females.
but female are tougher now a days, but dont get too relax.
but as ive said with my previous comments, dont get to dumb if whats at stake is your life.
know what at some point its better to have a guy around with you especially during long hours of a ride.
i actually heard a story, that a girl was on this bus, and someone was too horny i guess that he touches some parts. good thing she fought back and slap this guy.
there was one occasion where in i was visiting my aunt. i had with me a traveling bag. there was two guys behind me thinking i was alone and a girl, they attempt to snatch something from behind. when i sense danger, i turned around and actually punch one of them. and call the attention of the nearest guard.
as i always said. never do something that doesn’t worth doing so.
