Bicyclist hit by motor home in Oswego County
State Police say David Masters, 57, of Cleveland was riding on Roosevelt Road in Constantia Saturday afternoon when he was hit from behind by a motor home driven by James Crowell, 60, of Cicero. Investigators say Crowell told them he checked on Masters’ condition after the crash and then left the scene. They say a passerby called 911.
Masters was taken to University Hospital in Syracuse. Crowell has been charged with first-degree vehicular assault and aggravated DWI.

He was lucky there’s a concerned passerby who called 911.

Here in the Philippines, sometimes passersby just watch victims suffer from the pain and left to die. Tsk.

I heard that they rather want the person to die than be hold responsible for the hospital bills when the person survived.
