On my way to work every morning, I get off the train and on another. Sometimes I take the stairs to catch my second train or depending on what type of shoes I wear I take the escalator. Today I took the escalator and was standing on the left side and someone yelled “this is the walking side”. I didnt know there was such a thing. I yelled back “if you wanted to walk, you should have taken the stairs !” And of course I did not move.
